VACLESS SYSTEMS, INC. RETURN POLICY

Original purchasers may return unused Vacless Systems, Inc. SVRS units, within thirty (30) days of the original delivery date if purchased direct from Vacless Systems Inc. (Distributor classified purchases excluded). The product must be returned in the original packaging complete with all original parts and manuals and in its original new condition. Purchaser must notify Vacless Systems Inc. [hereafter referred to as "VSI"] of any shipping defects within two (2) business days after receiving the product. VSI will pay for the return shipping cost if the product is found to be defective or is determined not to be the model selected at the time of purchase. If the product is exchanged for a different model, purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange in addition to a 25% restocking fee.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted or credited to original purchaser without purchaser first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from VSI by calling (818) 899-1700. The RMA number must be visible on the outside of the return packaging. Please do not write anything on the original packaging when shipping products back for refund or exchange. Items returned to VSI without an RMA number and proof of purchase will not be accepted for refund or exchange and may be returned to purchaser at purchasers’ expense.

Refunds for returned merchandise will only be issued to the credit card account or to the form of payment used at time of original purchase. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear as a credit on your account.

Protect Your Family with our SVRS Products

Vacless Safety Vacuum Release Systems not only provide added safety against suction entrapment, but they also act as a drain winterization device a surge suppressor extending the life of your pool equipment. This valve is directly attached to the pump by removing the suction side drain plug and installing this SVRS in its place. All of our valves are designed for use on 0.5 to 10.0 horsepower pumps for small and large water recreational installations including hot tubs, spas, fountains, wading residential or commercial pools.

Simplified Installation, No Tools Required. Simply remove the existing pump drain plug and hand screw in a Vacless SVRS Breather valve in its place.
